Payment Policy:

To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Once your appointment is booked and paid for, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

  • All services are paid in full online at booking

  • No payment is required at the appointment

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received

Cancellation Policy:

I completely understand that life happens 💗 Because each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24–48 hours notice are non-refundable

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

• In some cases, I may be able to offer a one-time reschedule at my discretion

Mobile Service Requirements:

To ensure a smooth setup, please provide:

• A small open space for tent setup

• Access to a standard electrical outlet

• Good indoor lighting or natural light when possible

Client Preparation Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for following pre-tan instructions to achieve the best results.

This includes:

• exfoliating before appointment

• arriving with clean, product-free skin

• avoiding lotions, oils, and deodorant before service

Results and Liability:

Spray tan results vary slightly based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

I am not responsible for:

• improper prep or aftercare

• natural fading from lifestyle factors (swimming, sweating, exfoliation, etc.)

Client Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is important. If you have concerns about your tan, please reach out within 24 hours so we can discuss options.

Health and Safety:

Please notify me of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or conditions prior to your appointment.
